Introduction of Features
Yang Kuan Ku Hsiang Community has about 710 households. It is an open community with a tutoring center, full of cultural and educational ambience.
Wulun Community Development Association in the community collaborated with the Keelung City Cultural Affairs Bureau Library to set up a checkout counter in 2019 for residents to check out and drop books of the Keelung City Cultural Affairs Bureau Library.
