The Library was donated by the Wan-Quan DU Charity Foundation and launched on December 18, 2012, the newest district library in Keelung. It is located on the third floor of the Badouzi Community Center and the Badou Class of An Hsin Kindergarten. It is a community library occupying an area of 191.4 m2. The library is divided into the children’s and general reading area to provide a comfortable, high-quality reading and learning environment. These years the theme of collection has been adjusted to “infant and children reading.” Fifty percent of the book budget is spent on infant reading books per year to create a warm environment for parent-child reading. Pre-schoolers can have access to the shared resources for enlightenment education. School children and youths can use a comfortable reading space and read great books for outside reading.
