The self-service station was set up at the end of 2016. It was designed by the teachers and students of Keelung Municipal ZhengBin Elementary School. They designed patterns for the door of each shelf and brought out a unique style for the self-service station. Therefore, the self-service station blended into the campus perfectly and created a quiet reading corner.

The self-service station primarily provides book reservation and checkout services. A book drop box is installed for convenient returns. The station covers the shortage of the library service and serves locals.
